If you would like Chris Fulmer to write you a letter of recommendation, include in an email the following information:

* To whom the letter(s) need to be addressed

* The address of where the letter(s) need to be sent

* For what purpose is the letter (admission to an university, admission into an art department, consideration for a scholarship, etc.)

* When and what classes you took from Chris Fulmer

* What your intended major will be

* What activities you have participated in as a college student

* A list of art activities you have participated in as a North Lake College Student (WEOTA, Portfolio Review, Spring Exhibition, etc.)

* A list of any art awards you have received while a student at North Lake College

* What other art activities you have participated in outside of North Lake College

Please give Chris Fulmer at least two weeks notice.

The better Chris Fulmer knows you and the more information you give her, the more thorough the letter will be.
