The Classical Greeks use of mathematics spread throughout time and place. From Greece their knowledge spread to Italy and northern Africa. Their use of deductive reasoning and geometry is continued to be used today. My
travels through Greece, the use of math was evident and precious.
Artists
of that time used an average of human proportion to create the Classical
Human Figure. Math was essential in creating that ideal beauty.
